Vacant P.O. Box 68, The parish is being encouraged in new ministry to be built on the foundations of previous BCA missioners. These include the whole congregation taking responsibility for the management of the church. Sunday School, Parenting Seminars and Bible studies provide teaching. School Chaplaincy, emergency relief, a youth group, and counselling provide opportunities for evangelism and worship. Markets and meals allow for fellowship. In the hotter months people keep inside with their air conditioners. But in the cooler weather of the winter months an influx of visitors means life is more varied and outdoors. It is a great time of the year. The parish is half the size of Tasmania in area and yet there are only two towns (Nullagine and Newman). Nullagine is visited twice a term when Religious Instruction is taught in the school – when road conditions allow! Contact is made with people in the community through the many avenues of community involvement including sport. In Partnership with BCA |
