The Strategic Plan

The Strategic Plan entails ten points:

1. Developing a strategic program of prayer both within the Diocese and beyond.

2. Providing effective evangelism that results in real growth.

3. Providing a dynamic and competent ministry to people across north west Australia.

4. Encouraging more parishes to become self-supporting.

5. Seeking more partners to share with us in making the gospel known. (This partnership to include prayer,finance and personnel).

6. Encouraging a steady supply of well trained, effective, Godly, bible-based ministers to work in our diocese.

7. Providing effective administrative support and wise stewardship of resources.

8. Developing areas of significant new ministry.

9. Encouraging ministry amongst children, teenagers and young adults.

10. Regularly reviewing this strategic plan.
