We produce a quarterly Prayer Diary each year with information to give God thanks for, along with prayer requests.

We’re currently targeting three areas of ministry for 2019 for re-establishment, or to continue our strong ministry there.
We’re seeking to raise funds to provide more Indigenous ministry in the diocese. The first location we’re aiming to support is in the small town of Wyndham. Indigenous folk from the Oombulgurri (a past Anglican mission centre) have previously been relocated to Wyndham, but we lack resources to adequately serve them. Please pray for a suitable couple to minister in this town.
Our diocesan office is short staffed to meet the increasing administrative load being placed on it. For the diocese to be sustainable into the future, we have to increase our full-time office staff. We have stepped out in faith to create the new position of Diocesan Financial Officer to relieve the Registrar from day-to-day financial oversight of the diocese. This will enable the Registrar to focus on key matters, such as auditing child protection structures, updating policies and procedures, managing property and WHS matters, as well as relieving the Bishop of fundraising tasks. Please consider giving to maintain this new position.
Northampton rural chaplaincy
We’ve based our rural chaplaincy ministry in the rural parish of Northampton — one of the centres for wheat farming. Eldred and Geraldine Royce, former farmers, are well suited for this ministry, however, they need ongoing support to continue their work. Please consider this possibility for your support.
